What it basically says is that the “extremists” justify the use of prayer beads with logic (that it helps count prayers more than 100). And that the pure Sharee’yah ruling is that any counts of prayers more than 100 is uncounted.
So to them, extremism means deviance from Sharee’yah, not violent acts, as the peaceful people would call it.
